SHIPPING

  • We ship within one-2 business days of payment, usually sooner
  • Standard FREE shipping takes between 3-5 business days
  • Expedited shipping takes between 1-3 business days
  • Overnight shipping takes between 1-2 business days

We do not accept P.O. Boxes - Please Provide a Physical Address

RETURNS

If you would like to return your purchase, we allow returns that are processed within 30 days!  Please contact us for a FREE return shipping label and we will happily provide you an exchange or full refund once the item has returned to our warehouse in the same condition it was purchased.

Payments

PayPal and Stripe are both our preferred method of payments it's the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for your goods or services online. PayPal offers buyer and seller protection should there be a problem. Stripe, is a popular payment service which gives you the convenience of using your own credit/debit cards for a secure checkout.

We also offer direct /Wire bank payment : ( Contact us at sales@ecoboomseries.com for bank detail if you prefer this form of payment)

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.

REFUNDS 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund after the number of days specified, first check your bank
or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Check again with your banks in a few days, if you have not received the refund yet, please contact us at sales@ecoboomseries.com.

SALES ITEMS
Items that are on sale and marked as final sales cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES
We only replace defective or damaged items of the same. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at sales@ecoboomseries.com for the return details.

SAMPLE ITEMS
Our sample Items are free of charge to the requestor. The items in the Sample packages contains items described in the listing for the sample request process. Items in the sample packages can be modified based on the available of the sizes in stock. Requestor pays for shipment and liable for all sales taxes if applicable. Our Sample items are non-returnable or refundable.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
